Explore is the most forgiving board Awake builds, and that is an engineering achievement rather than a compromise. Wider through the middle, stable underfoot, predictable when you commit to a turn. Most riders stand on their first session.

What makes that possible is Click-to-Ride — pair the hand controller, choose a power mode, go. There is no learning curve buried in the setup.

Then the board grows. Ride it in the lowest mode while you find your balance. Move up as your carving sharpens. The ceiling is high enough that riders keep the Explore long after they stopped being beginners.

Before you buy

• Battery included. The Explore comes standard with the Flex Battery LR 4.
• In stock in Texas. Pick it up in New Braunfels or have it delivered. Delivery options and cost show at checkout.
• Warranty. Awake's manufacturer warranty covers the board for 24 months and the battery for 24 months or 300 charge cycles, whichever comes first. It covers recreational use, and the board must be registered within 8 weeks of purchase. Full warranty details →
